Beautiful accommodations.
We had to stand in line for approximately 20 - 30 minutes before we were able to get our room assignment.
Beautiful hotel rooms, very clean, and was quiet.

Bed was comfortable and room was very nice. Better than we expected.
The air conditioner made a whinning noise that woke me up.
Great value for what we paid. It was nicer than what we expected. Would recommend to anyone. Very convenient for the cruise traveler.

The flavored water in the lobby.
Bed were soft and hotel rooms look run down.
I expected better quality of rooms and look for the star rating that was given. This hotel is not family orientated.

Food was overpriced and of poor quality.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. The check area when the cruise people are checking or out was really mess up (lobby and entrance). Use the shuttle to get around and used a paid shuttle to get to LAX. Would stay again! ...read more

The best product I have ever recieved for my money!
Paying for internet service that didn't work very well.
No matter where you were or what you needed, they went above that! The lady, in the breakfast area was the best the hotel offered. She even took the time to write down places to visit.
